Can I roll over unused credits?
Credits reset each billing cycle to keep delivery quality high and queues manageable. If you consistently have leftover credits, we can help you adjust your plan at the next renewal.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can purchase overage credits at $120 per credit, applied instantly to your account. No plan change required.
How does rush delivery work?
Rush delivery cuts the standard 3-business-day SLA to 24 hours for an additional $250 per deliverable. Available on Growth plans and above.
What if I need additional revision rounds?
Extra structured revision rounds are available at $75 per round beyond the limit included in your package.
Can I add more team members for approvals?
Every plan includes approval seats (2 on Solo, 5 on Growth and above). Additional seats are $15/seat/month — add or remove them anytime.
